The seminar will be online on Friday, November 27 at 16:00 CET and is entitled “El procedimiento ante el Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea: una visión desde dentro”.
On Friday, November 27, at 4:00 p.m., there will be a seminar given by Dr. Cristiano Oró Martínez, a lawyer from the CJEU’s Directorate of Research and Documentation.
Oró, a former colleague from the UAB, will speak about “The procedure before the CJEU: am inside approach”. The session will be in Spanish.
The objective of the seminar is to offer a complementary vision to the studies offered in the UAB Master’s Degree in European Integration. Oró has a vast academic and professional experience on the organisation of the procedures of the CJEU, its phases, the actors intervenin in those procedures, and the function they perform at each procedural stage.
It is a pleasure for the UAB to have this visit from Dr. Cristian Oró, former student of the MUIE master’s degree and former professor of Private International Law at the UAB, to share his extensive knowledge of international law and its bodies.
