On September 28 and 29, the conference “20 YEARS OF THE EU CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS. ITS APPLICATION BY NATIONAL COURTS” will take place. The congress is organized by UPF and will be attended by staff from the European institutions (Court of Justice and the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights), judges and magistrates, and academics from Spain and from various European countries.
Prof. Gregorio Garzón, member of the IEE and former Jurisconsult of the European Parliament, will moderate the session “THE CDFUE AND THE COURT OF JUSTICE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION”, which will take place on Monday 28 from 12:00 to 14:00.
